Dodgy charge on Vodafone Bill

Noticed that my phone bill was a little higher than normal last month and upon closer inspection found a £6 purchase for mobvids.net

Checked out the website and it was for !!!!!! videos. Now I definitely did not download any !!!!!! videos that's for sure!

Queried this with Vodafone who basically said that I had downloaded a !!!!!! video on the 20th August and if I had a problem with it to contact the company. Tried emailing them and it bounced back and the phone number just goes to answer phone and obviously no-one phoned me back.

Is there anything I can do about this? And, more worryingly, is this going to continue charging me for !!!!!! that I'm not downloading?!

Fobbing their customers off is what Vodafone are best at. Hardly a surprise as they pocketed about 50% of the loot.

Ask them for any evidence. Downloading a video at least should have used a big amount of mobile data during a short time.

Ask them to put a block on all premium content.
