WIKO, ARCHOS, BQ, KAZAM mobile phones

Hi guys,

Does anyone have some of these mobile phones? They are small companies from Europe,and I wonder does anyone have some experience to share about them.

No idea about the others but I had a few archos MP3 players that were all excellent. And a friend has an archos tablet. Nothing amazing but good enough considering it was only £80 in HMV.

My Archos experience was the device was great when I bought it but it had a bug, and getting support was extremely difficult. If fixes on their web site they are OK, but getting anything from there tech support too months.


Once they worked out that the warranty expired support stopped replying

My experience with Archos is similar to above - Mine dates back a few years, I had one of their big old hard drive media + movie players with wifi and apps on board back before tablets were really a thing, and while it worked it was great.
It broke on me after about 9 months though and their warranty service took an absolute age (took about a week for me to squeeze an RMA number out of them, then after I sent the device off to them it took about a month for them to fix and return it) - Then worked fine for another 5 or 6 months, then died again, outside of its warranty, and then they didn't want to know.
