Finding flight numbers for delayed flights

Any advice on how to retrieve flight reference numbers? I was delayed by 6 hours on 10th March 2009 flying from Havana to Paris with Air France due to a technical issue with plane. I cannot find the booking reference so I have contacted Air France who state that they do not have records dating back to 2009.
