Help please - cant send texts

can anyone help with this

my boss has a motorolla K1 and when he (and I ) try to send a text it does the text ok but then says unable to send. its on O2 so I dont think its the network at all but more that some-one has been 'messing' maybe.

sounds like the message service center number has been deleted. if it has the numbers you need are below.

Pay Monthly: +447802000332
Pay as you go: +447802092035

to enter the numbers, you will need to go to the menu > messages > press the middle button (the bars one) > message setup > service center number

tried to do that but I cant get a + in as it will only enter numbers no matter what I do and the # wont change it to text as it usually does.

Have you tried two presses of the * key?

tried and it just enters 2 stars.

he's just told me he has tried to change some settings himself but doesnt know which ones so obviously he has ****** it all up and is going to the shop this afternoon.

Aaarrrggghhhhhhhhh! Maybe he'll learn that if you change anything always make a note of what the setting was and what numbers you've deleted :rolleyes:

Doh, oh yeah, forgot the Moto keypad had the + on a diff key to the Nokia!!!
