The Big Black Hole of Talk Talk Support

After almost 6 months and many, many hours of calls to Talk Talk's overseas help lines to fix the technical problem, I am almost beaten!

I have at last understood that their poor browbeaten staff, though lovely, are completely powerless to 'do' anything more than apologize and sympathize. I'm imagining that they are given stock phrases to reply with and I suspect incentives to not escalate the customer's complaint/problem.

I can honestly say that I have never come across any company that is so predicable in its brokeness.

I guess all I want to do now is write a letter of complaint to their head office. Does anyone know how to do this? I certainly can't get this info from the helplines.

    Whats the problem?

    The talk talk community is superb for resolving most problems and many senior support staff post there daily and take ownership of issues.

    It's like going to the CEO team and putting a post it note on the wall.

    Might need to use your mobile to access it though if your broadband is down.
