yes i saved then right clicked to Run as Administrator.

also have to back up registry before attempting the latest

Before you do so, you can again uninstall the Apple software and then use CCleaner's Registry function to Scan and Fix issues. Accept the choice to take a backup of the Registry when offered.
Which installer are you using? 32 bit or 64 bit? Version?0 -
I have already uninstalled the apple software
will use the CC cleaner thanks for that
