earlier this year itunes on my computer seemed to be playing up.
unfortunately I had the bright idea to uninstall intending to reinstall.
I followed the advice online the order to uninstall components etc, but I obviously have done something wrong as I no longer have access to itunes no matter what I have tried.
after installing I get the succesful installation message but when it tries to open itunes i get the message 'itunes not installed correctly, please reinstall. error 7 ( windows error 127)
I dont have any paid for music or games that I need itunes for but I am thinking of updating my iphone shortly so now need to install itunes to register a new one.
can anyone help/advise please. In simple terms I could understand as a non computer savvy person

Why do you click on that?

If you aren't using any of those services, uninstall the programs involved.

APLZOD is related to the Apple Outlook Plugin

    This might help

Personally I refuse to have iTunes on my PC.

I don't have any Apple products and I don't need all of that intrusive software on my computer.

Did you right click on the installer and choose 'Run As Administrator'?

    If you didn't, do so.

    If you did, look here
