Supermarkets which is best?

Depends what you define as 'best'
That would be different for everyone.
That could be any of:

The cheapest overall supermarket
The cheapest supermarket for what you buy.
The supermarket the gives the best service.
The on that offers best availability.
The closest.
The easiest to get to.
The easiest to get served in.
The one that closely meets your values.
The one that provides the best quality food.
The one that offers best value for money for your shop.
Or any mixture of the above.

I personally don't have a best. I have a mixture.
I like Sainsburys service, I like Aldis prices/quality and I like Farmfoods £5 off £50 spend vouchers, I like Lidls specials etc etc

In an ideal world you would go round each store getting each offer from each and every supermarket. Unfortunately you don't have all week to go around everywhere just to shop and an unlimited free fuel supply. So you compromise.

I have started shopping at Lidl, purely because one has opened up very close to work and it saves me time as well as money. Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda are a 50 mile round trip so if I want to shop there it has to be delivered. I find Morrisons expensive.

It is a very personal thing though.
