EE Nightmare and now cant speak to anyone!

I signed up to EE Phone&BB 3 months ago when I moved house and Ive had no end of issues, now its pot luck if thier line works and if after the 50 mins or so on hold if I can actually speak to anyone or if the line randomly disconnects.

I was initially told 3-5 days to receive the equipment and 10 days for everything to be set up, after numerous phone calls chasing I eventually got told the response "the equipment is with the courier, its out of our hands". 3 weeks later I finally got the equipment and almost a month later I finally had my line installed. I was told I would receive a "free month" for the inconvenience.

I was also meant to be transferring my old number which I was told was entirely possible by the sales team even though I explained I was moving house at the same time, after no less than 30 calls over the next few weeks and literally hours on hold and numerous times being fobbed off with different stories and excuses, it was my old providers fault etc, I was even during one call was assured my number would definitely be transferred over on X date, when this didn't happen , the next person I spoke to told me it was never possible to transfer to the number in the first place because I was now under a different telephone exchange.
Not one person during these previous 30 odd phonecalls thought to actually check??
All the while I had been told by EE I couldn't cancel my old contract with my previous supplier because Id lose my number, as a result I had to pay for a further 3 months(@£45pm =£135!!) for a phone line and internet at a property I no longer lived at.

The only reason I went with EE was because they told me they could transfer the number as its used for OH's work.
I would have signed with Talk Talk or Plusnet both of whom were considerably cheaper than EE but they said they couldnt transfer the number even though I raised this as a concern with the sales guy, EE said no problem.
The guy I spoke to who told me it had never been possible even admitted the sales guy lied to get my business and said he could "only apologize"

I now seem to be stuck in an 18 Month Contract, with a supplier who couldnt fufill its promises, has caused me to be significantly out of pocket, not just the 3 months wasted internet costs, but OH has had to take considerable time in informing his clients and getting all his stationary re-printed with the new number and the fact that Im now paying significantly more a month than if Id gone to a different supplier in the first place!!

Ive now had my first paid bill through and its wrong, being overcharged, Icing on the cake really. Ive tried calling 6 times today, line keeps disconnecting on me every time , oh and their website says the only way I can make a complaint is to call them :wall:
