And...I think that's it for the M list!:T:T If it's not on there, I've mentioned it elsewhere on here today.

M Savers Tropical Mix (200g) that was found, for the first time in years despite probably being in M all along, is now being removed off the M list. (No equivalent in A or T.)

It was found to be 56p a couple of weeks ago. The SEL in my store now says £1.50:eek::eek:. I thought the 56p (Fruit & Nut Mix is rightly 56p but Tropical Mix question mark) was maybe a little dubious when I checked on Monday. I didn't see the price then but thought it would probably still say 56p and, anyway, as it was a "buy in M", you can check once you are in M and if my list wasn't right about it, then you'd not buy it. So I kept it still there. Although I didn't see the price, I did see a staff member scanning/checking prices around that section seconds after I'd first glanced at it. (A glance is all it takes!:D) And...sure enough, today the SEL says £1.50:(. So, maybe it was all along, and hence why I'd never picked it up before for many years, when I was previously checking in other stores, but, whatever the situation, it is now off anyway and at £1.50. It appears:rotfl::(. Either that or a price increase on a "Savers" item from 56p to £1.50:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Perky Im so pleased that you're having an assessment. Hopefully something good will come out of it. I can't imagine how frustrating and sometimes frightening it must be for you.

You were lucky there, maybe. Are the Hula Hoops still coming up at £1.75 despite now being 2 for £3:( on msm? Does that (non-Meaty) Variety compare vs M at £1? (Fwiw maybe.)

    Tenth Anniversary
    Evening peeps. :)

Thankyou for all the welcome back replies. I have read all of the comments and I knew there would be a mixed bag of reactions. I'm not daft, I know I done wrong. It's not something I would condone, but circumstances were a factor.

I'm going to tell you all about how things went. I'm not trying to justify myself and I know it will probably provoke all sorts of comments, but here goes...

May 27th was my wifes birthday, so we and friends went out for a meal and had a decent drink afterwards. We all ended back at hers where the drinking continued. At 1am, whilst we were sleeping, her son came home and started an argument to which I tried to stop only to be faced with him and his friend attacking me and then threatening to 'smash my car up and steal my carboot stuff' So to stop that, I thought to drive my car to a friends house about 200 yards away., BIG mistake, I only reversed 10 feet off the drive when a police car pulled up!! Upshot, I was 3 times the limit.
I went to court, was banned from driving for 3 years, fined £700 and a suspended prison sentence.

All this was bad enough but I had a friend who drove my car and I was still able to go around doing my daily business.

Forward to 3rd aug. My friend and I were going to do a car boot but he couldn't make it! I had a lot of Sanex items to sell and as a lot of you know, I survive by doing car boots, so I went on my own. On my way home I was stopped by police because I didn't indicate when turning!!! (into the street where I live)

    Mistake number 2.
I know I done wrong, I'm not stupid, But at the end of the day, as some peeps said, I've served my time. I've never been in prison before and I can honestly say I'll never go there again!!

Ultimately my car has been crushed due to a 'deprivation' order. Plus the tow away company stole most of my car boot stuff!!!

Life now is going to be difficult, I relied on glitches and the ability to take advantage. Can't do it anymore. :(

Upshot 2. As I've been 'inside' no rent has been paid on my home, so I'm going to lose it. No bills have been paid, so I'm now massively in debt.

Staying in HMP is not good, I would never recommend it to anyone, lesson learnt!!

Peeps, I love this thread and respect all comments. I'm just trying to be honest with you all. If you've met me me in RL, you'll know that.

Probably gonna lurk for a while! :o

Grrr OH is being miserable and grumpy due to coming down with a cough and cold, probably the same really horrible bug I'm currently getting over. No doubt this weekend which is my weekend will be a washout as he won't be feeling up to the Quarry Bank Mill trip I had in mind  Next weekend is his weekend with his son so I'm sure he'll be fully recovered and full of beans for that! Sods law

Don't be silly. His cold will be much worse than the one you have just had
