3 years is the standard starting point for sentencing when the alcohol level is above 120. It can be reduced if there are mitigating circumstances. The custodial starting point is 12 weeks custody so not harsh given that the sentence was suspended.

Just tried the Covent Garden tomato soup.. not good imo. It just tasted like blended tinned tomatoes with some herbs. I like a creamy soup.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
