    Just gone to track my Thorntons delivery as it still hasn't arrived. Hermes says 'not delivered- parcel damaged'. This was on Thursday. No call or email to tell me anything was wrong. I've sent Thorntons a strongly worded email. Anyone else have any experience of this? I know Hermes are pretty !!!! but honestly.... :mad:

    I do the same on the back of recs -initials, Q or COS or shop, the ref number and date - but still not convinced until I see the account balances updated to the amount they should be :D
