I've had my pet insurance for my doggy through Marks and Spencers ever since i got my dog 3 years ago. When my renewal came through last month i looked back and it had doubled in the 3 years but had gone up about £40 this year alone. I went online and did a new quote with them and it came up almost the same price as when i first took it out 3 years ago. I phoned them up and explained and asked if they could amend my quote to match the online price. They said no they could not match it as that was an online special price. I then had to tell them to not renew and then then had to go back to the online quote and take out my insurance.
