Yes, it's an iPhone app (you can get on Android as well) you can get it on iPad if you switch the menu in the App Store over to iphone only apps.
Be aware that it's stopped working for a couple of us on iPad lately. Probably because of ios8 update. If you haven't updated it should work. Or just give it a go anyway

I will because Im getting confused when I go into the various accounts and the offers are still showing. It's a bit like juggling remembering what offers have been done on which accounts.
