Loose broccoli slightly cheaper per 100g than the 49p packed ones. Also compares vs T. So, pick up one of those at 49p and it's actually more product! Or, maybe, pick up a smaller one and not have to pay as much as 49p for that as a filler!:rotfl: Check msm.co.uk before you shop as Loose has a nasty habit of sometimes going off and on on the website.

ARE YOU SURE - are you really sure?

ive weighed the pre packed ones and they are more often than not heavier than the pack price, so making them cheaper per 100g than the label states

    Crisp n Dry Veg Oil (2L) is now, or in a day's time, Avs T £2, for 10% cheaper = £1.80.
So, a match to A's £2 on Morries Match and More would have been an overpayment:eek::eek:.

Also, I notice, fwiw, the New Covent Gardens are 700g in T rather than 600g. T is also higher price on them but roughly the same price on weight. So, they could lose a penny on Match and More if the rounding goes the wrong way against us. Otherwise, probably neutral. 700g is within the Match and More weight range, if you happen to find the exact same flavour at 600g as T has at 700g I suppose.

:question:Is the weight range only applicable to own brands though? Cue aau1 to come in at any minute and remind me about this if I don't post this clarification!:rotfl:
  • That is precisely why I do not like all these ant-bacterial cleaners, people almost sterilise their houses and the kids are not introduced to germs, I am fairly sure that is where all the allergies and the suchlike come from.

The only cleaner I use in the kitchen is hot soapy water the one I cringe at is cleaners with bleach

It's Friday tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to it as stepson is staying and this is always stressful for me :( OH has also invited his cousins lad who I'm happy to have round as he's a lovely little lad, aged 10 and no trouble really.

However last time they were both round I did something I'm now embarrassed about :o Because I'd been stressed out since Friday I freaked out on Sunday morning because the toilet had been flushed without the lid being down, despite my A4 signs clearly saying not to do this  I read that toilet germs can spread upto 20 feet when you flush  so I really hate when people do this in my house. p

I'm in the seat down camp. Working in a hospital where they've removed all the toilet seats is my idea of germ central :o
