Simply Digital and Amazon Voucher

Has anyone switched broadband service with Simply Digital, been promised a £50 Amazon voucher for switching and still not received it?
I switched two and half months ago. Five listed phone calls later, five hours of waiting for someone to answer phone, endless promises and assurances of voucher in the post, broken call back promises and guess what I have still not received voucher. I would have forgotten about this long ago had I not made a note in my diary.
No sincere apologies from Simply Digital, no accountability and still no voucher.
This is a company that once it has your custom doesn't give a toss about service.
