Assuming you paid for the phonecall, then you're actually running at a loss!

Like I said yesterday, this wasn't money saving, this was greed.

I've just received my delivery and was charged full price. Called customer services and explained that I had placed the order today, and had confirmation that they were 1p each, and it was unfair for them to change their prices in the same day between order and delivery.

A refund is on it's way....

Just to say that these were going through at 1p.

My sister in law works for Tesco and told me about this - unfortunately the staff got every pack at 1p. Apparantly there was a full load ready to go out on the shelves but by the time her shift started the lot had been bought by staff. It was an error on the systems.

I ordered one, but delivery not booked till next week, so will edit my basket! Besides, they've got some great new BOGOFS to add to it instead.

Well, i work in Tesco. If you see an item or you are told about something which is only 1p. you can guarantee it only lasts for an hour or so, because its talk of the shop amongst the staff, an before you know it, its put right on th system . Sunshine.
