Some advice needed on Chesstelecom charges

Recently we started getting bills with data usage in excess of our allowance, these range from 14gb to a whopping 97gb. The included amount for our package is 50gb.
Our set up in our shop is one pc laptop, a couple of phones and some ipads and we also had an internet radio streaming some music.
The usage seems way beyond what we could possibly use (97gb + 50gb)
I did some checking on our router and over the last 7 day period it reports 3566465 received packets. I believe one packet cant exceed around 1500 bytes so assuming every single packet was the maximum this would equate to 5349697500 bytes = 5.3 gb
5.3gb x 4 is 21gb for the month, and thats assuming the maximum packet size.

Question is they say I used this data, how do i go about asking for proof or proving I didn't use it?
