    As this is Eastgate, did the signs still have the 'this' problem, or have they since been changed.

    we will know the answer to that after the COA delivers its verdict in late feb or early march 2015 , seeing as its being appealed at the COA

    It can, it does, and some Judges have swallowed it!

    Well then I guess anything goes.
    I have to admit this is overwhelming for me.
    They make a statement about this being another typical template defence found on the internet used to get out of paying.
    But its such a hypicritical statement it infuriates me. lol
    I guess what they actually are saying is without the help of generous people online this person wouldn't have a clue how to defend his case and thus we would win this argument hands down.

    Have you written to the local Court yet (soon after the Directions Questionnaire) and asked for your case to be stayed for the Beavis case or POPLA?
