Scotland PCN county court claim filed?

Hello
I'm in Scotland
As RK I received a Parking Charge Notice from Civil Enforcement Limited over 2 years ago. I haven't responded to them at all and don't intend to pay the charge. In the past few weeks I got a letter from Debt Action and Enforcement informing me their solicitors would be filing a Particulars of Claim at Northampton County Court on a specified date. This date has now passed and I haven't had any more letters. Do you think this means they haven't filed the claim? I'm worried that I'll miss my chance to defend myself in Court. Is there any way to check with the court if the the Particulars of Claim has been filed?
Any advice appreciated

If you're based in Scotland you are out of jurisdiction for any small claim issued through the Northampton County Court bulk clearing centre.
Wait to see what comes through your letterbox, then respond appropriately at that time. Come back for more advice then, if needed. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you get a court claim it should be easy to defend & get struck out:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
