MSE Suggested deal - but incentive hasn't arrived??

I signed up for the Sky phone and broadband deal that was advertised on the site about 6 weeks ago. It stated that if you went through the link provided you would get a £100 M&S voucher direct from Sky (which I've received) and also about another £90 voucher through moneysavingexpert affiliate site.
However this voucher has not arrived! I was going to contact moneysavingexpert direct however after looking into it you can't seem to do this. Has anyone else signed up for the deal and what was your experience and does anyone know who I need to contact to obtain this voucher- I wouldn't have signed up had I known I wouldn't have received the voucher as I'd have gone with Talk Talk

In the thread kwikbreaks pointed you to, there is the following post saying it takes up to 90 days to receive the voucher. As you ordered about 8 weeks ago, you probably still have another month to wait.
