i need some help please with 2 cash back contracts i took out with
e2save last october. it was the nokia 7600 on "3". cash back on 6 & 12 months bills.
i have just received a text from e2save to say that they will credit my account £127.56 in the next 10 days.
well i just can't work out how they have arrived at that sum.
i thought i had a screen capture of the offer so i could work out
the cash back, i can't find it. so can anybody help me with details that were posted about the offer.
i would rather have the facts on paper before i have to make an costly
0871 phone call.
many thanks if you can help.

Maxwell.

Can't help you with regards to offer you took out but having searched SayNoTo0870, I managed to find this geographical, 01509 618500. It it works then that'll save a bit of money.

Hi - Which one did you take. Cos if i remember right there were tow offers about that time. Firstly an offer for £4.99 line rental and other which was free line rental.
If it is the first one then, you would have paid only £12.50 to 3 for first 3 months and then £25/month since. e2save should give you £120.06 at 6months and again after 12 months or
If you have taken the free offer then they should give you £150 at 6th and 12th month.
    Hope this helps
    Regards

the 127.50 was the 12 months 4.99 line rental deal, with another 127.50 at month 12

the 12 months free line rental was 157.50 at months 6 and 12

    remember i have 2 accounts.
i think the line retal is £4.99 a month after cash back.
    i payed £15.00 *3 months *2 accounts
    then £30.00 *3 months *2 accounts
    if that makes sence.
blueghost is that for 1 or 2 accounts.

i am completley lost with this.

For contacting e2save, I saved this post a few weeks ago:

"dial the freephone number, 0800 049 6496 and choose option 2 and option 2 again - if they cannot help you they will transfer you free of charge to the 0871 support people. Be aware you may have a long wait - i had to wait 45 mins once - but it's freephone so it's only costing them money".

It worked for me - and I got my cashback within days!

    Maxwell.

the figures i gave were for 1 contract only, so the numbers i quoted would be doubled. Did you have two separate accounts, or were they both on the same bill - if they were both separate then you have to send both bills.

blueghost you have solved the problem. i have 2 seperate accounts and did send both lots of bills, so i need to try Backbiter solution with the 0800 number.

thanks for all the advice given.
