eBay's been quiet for weeks now, but this has been a relatively good weekend for me in comparison to many recently - 23 sold from 60 auctions.

I would usually expect 40-45 sell first time around, but I have had as low as 5 sell from 40 auctions afew weeks ago.

Maybe another Cheap Listing day might perk things up a bit... :rotfl:

I've been selling books.. mostly craft ones, a few cook books too.. and only sold 3 items so far out of 16! Am a bit disappointed.. they were only 99p starting bid too! One book didnt sell.. and I've seen the exact same book sell for £17 on ebay before!
  • Really quiet, I was so disappointed that something that normally goes for £60 went for £20.

    Hey ho

It is a buyers market out there at the moment - eBay page views are at their lowest in about 3 years, and even quieter than the new year lulls.

Not seen any TV ad's for ebay recenetly either but I know they have just changed their ad agency so that's probably a factor.

I'm struggling to sell stuff as well, too many sales around at the moment!
November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post. :D
  • Quiet? Even Marcel Marceau used to be louder.
Eek! Someone's stolen my signature!

L'EAU D'ISSEY POUR HOMME by ISSEY MIYAKE .
It seems this is not affected by the slowdown ..I still can't find a cheap one .
Oh well the ladies will just have to put up with my MAN-smell for a bit longer.
