How to register orange sim?

Got my free orange sim but can't seem to be able to locate the phone number (perhaps I lost it somewhere). Is there a way I can register with orange then? I'm not sure how to retrieve the phone number - it says "unregistered sim" when I pop the sim in the phone.

hiya, heres the info for your orange sim card

ring freehone 0800 079 006

also the IMEI number of your phone

sim card number thats on the card starts 8944

a choice of your own 4 digit pin number

address and postcode and your email address, not sure why they want your address and postcode tho
