A different "Item Removed" from Ebay issue

I had a multiple item BIN listing removed from ebay because it contained the following

I WILL NOT DESPATCH GOODS TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE UK UNLESS I RECEIVE PAYMENT IN CASH FIRST.

Ok, so I did not read all the t&c, but this is so petty!

Anyway, the thing is, I have already sold some of the items and they have already been paid. Also, ebay seem to have happily charged me the Final Valuation Fee.

My worry is, will they initiate a refund from my PayPal account? So far, it is still in there. Should I proceed and send the goods out or refund all the buyers? If I did, will I get back the Final Valuation Fee from ebay?

Thanks in advance.

  • I think the best thing to do is sens out all the items which have been paid for (make sure you get proof of posting of course) and also send a brief message to each explaining the situation, and reassuring them that the goods will still be delivered.
