Hiya help with a PUK :-)

I have an o2 sim and the 'Enter PUK' code is showing so I have filled my number in on the o2 website but when I press the 'go' code it tlls me that internet explorer cannot display blah blah........ what else can I do

ring o2 cust services 08705 678 678 and listen to the options for unblocking your phone

you will need the phone number of the sim card and what happens is a generated number 8 digits is given to you, keep that for future reference as its unique to that phone number, if you block your phone 10 times, then it becomes useless, so keep the PUK code handy incase you need it again. let me know if it works for you

enter your puk number then it asks you to change a password of 4 digits, pick your own that you can remember
