In May i purchased a samsung D840 on contract from dial a phone, however the buttons in the middle (up, down, left, right and the select button) have all stopped working, this happened the other day and i have not dropped the phone or anything like that. How do I go about getting the phone fixed as I presume it is still under warrenty ? Do i need to contact Dial a Phone where i got the phone from, or O2 ?
