Report it now. Dont leave it as he may pip you to the post by claiming you havent paid for the item. A seller did this to me. I reported the goods as faulty and he claimed I hadnt paid for them. Ebay and Paypal are useless. Luckily my credit card stumped up so I got the money back.

Just an update, the PS2 turned up yesterday, yes the seller did post it when he said he did but not Recorded Delivery as I paid for, I have e-mailed him and told I am not happy that he didn't send it RD but I will not neg him on this occasion, I am just pleased that it has turned up, approx 15 days after posting it. I have one delighted DD and no more fighting over our existing Playstation. You can guarantee the weather will be fantastic from now on and they will not be wanting to play on them!
