Annoyed with 02!

Well i took my phone in (SE - W850i 3months old, o2 contract) for a fauly speaker, They said they would repair the fault and ring us when it comes back to the store for collection
2week today, I went in on wednesday and they didnt have any news and would call when its in, Went in today and it was there, no phone call, nothing
Anyway, i got home and popped my simcard in and tested the phone, Same problem, crackly speaker, tested against someone with the same phone and theirs is clear and sounds fine.
Also in the box was a piece of papter saying the fault has been detected and repaird and firmware also updated to the latest approved.
I am going to go and complain, but i need my phone for a holiday a week tomorrow and i cant have them having it for 2week when i need it!
