I think we all need to calm down, thank you guys who have stuck up for me BUT i am a bank worker and work for RBS Group. Jackie had every right to jump on me in the violent sense.
We need to move on and work out what has actually happened. A day is a long time Jackie, so shall we start again?
Did RBS pay the £1000 into your account?
If the balance was over £2000 overdrawn would the money paid in have taken it within an agreed overdraft facility?
When did you send the acceptance letter back to RBS?
I think we need the bigger picture so we can help you sort them out. I would report the title as libellous because you need proof to indicate that they are liars and thieves and post 1 was not clear enough. They certainly deprived you of money unlawfully(civil) and may not have paid that money back(civil) but have they paid it and taken it back(you could call that theft).0
