With so many talktalk services these days, including landline, broadband, mobile and television, I thought I would pose the following:
have you been offered a really good deal from talktalk?
Did you have to jump through alot of hoops? are you a new customer or an existing one? Did you haggle? did you secure what you wanted from the outset? Did you use phone support, online or face to face?
I am really interested in customers experiences and what they ended up with.
