NATWEST mortgage application

  • I wouldn't worry about it - generally - if it is bad news they will let you know it is a no go straight away. I am speculating, but perhaps the initial underwriter checked it all through and second person has checked and approved - like a checks and balance system.
  • But on the positive note they offer free conveyancing as part of the deal and Enact are absolutely fab! We are dealing with 2 other solicitors at the moment and the service offered by the others is nowhere near Enact's!

I rang them today (they answer nearly immediately) and they are now ready to complete as soon as they get mortgage offer! 2 weeks since I first heard from them and 3 working days since I sent off the documents to them! Very impressed.

    hi Supersaver123,

If i read into what is on the Natwest Intermediary site, then it seems like every time new documentation needs reviewing then it goes back in to a queue, i.e. documents received Friday 10th, are being looked at today,

so it seems like there's a 3-4 day delay in reviewing new/additional documentation.

Congratulation downs523, looks like you will be sorted quickly. Natwest seem quick at organising surveys, mine was at least, so looks like you are well on your way!
