    I agree. 18 is the age in which a child becomes an adult.

    Perhaps legally or even physically, but not psychologically.

    This is something I've wondered too. I look young for my age (this has come in useful once...) and once tried and failed to order a drink to go with my dinner in a restaurant.

  • Flippin' ridiculous rules and regulations and laws all over the place for what age you can do what!!!

    It should be the same age for everything. Passing your driving test, buying/drinking alcohol, getting married, voting, hiring a car, drinking alcohol with a meal, everything. And the age should be 18. IMO.
    Only because you're past 18, if you were 16/17 you would have a much different view!
    Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked
