Aerial?

Hi, I'm thinking of changing from Sky to Bt for tv, phone and bb. We're in a very built up area and have never had much of a reception via an aerial but the sky dish works well. Does Bt need and aerial or will it use a dish? Sorry to sound silly but I haven't been able to find the info anywhere! The people before us had…
