Talk Mobile Billing Dispute

Comments

  • It's unusual and makes things unnecessarily complicated, but the way they work. They also still charge in advance (rather than pro-rata as other networks I am with do) on the bill prior to terminiation - and if you don't ask for the overpayment back, you don't get.

Well someone should be calling me in five working days with a decision. If I have to pay it, I'll pay it. I'd rather not refuse to pay and then ruin my credit rating.

I can always appeal after it has been paid.

Again, unlike other networks I use TalkMobile start a new contract with a separate statement and bundle date etc to existing ones. They prefer to be a (confusing) law unto themselves, I'm afraid.
