Personally, I wouldn't count any of the "doubles", but there is a good case for including Richard Hurndall and John Hurt to make 14. I would also discount the others who played characters with other names who were "later revealed" to be manifestations of the Doctor.

good point depends what their definition of starred means

Yes, I agree. Have spent ages since the weekend trying to find the answers to these, but no luck yet Will keep trying.....

When searching this, i keep returning the film 'the american president' and facing suggestions that it's Spanish or Mexican... but i'm no further forward with answers, sorry folks.
