hi,

does anyone know of any problems with orange customer service this afternoon. I am trying to cancel my orange contract and so far have been on hold for 55 minutes :eek:

    they made me wait 47 mins on the phone when doing a manual credit check ......

    i work for phones4u and they made me more than mental ...tuk me 1 and a half hour to do a contract
