Becoming increasing frustrated with BT. E mail works when it feels like. Can't reply from phone. Paying a lot of money for a rubbish service. I want to switch. I'm looking at the threads. It seems I'm jumping out of a frying pan into a fire and I'll be tied with yet another contract. Is anyone happy with the service they have?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Depends what the problem is as it all runs on BT anyway. I have plus.net and am quite happy with it. It's owned by BT and uses BT infrastructure.
If it's a router problem then ask for another one or buy your own.
You could try Virgin if it's available.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

BT fibre optic works but you are asking a different question about Email .0 -
Why use an ISP email anyway? Either use a seperate paid email service or use a free one such as Gmail. If you use Gmail at least the banner ads on websites will usually be for stuff that interests you0

If your fibre allows you to browse the internet without issue then it isn't the fibre causing your email issues.
My Sky fibre works fine -no issues at all but it's the same OR infrastructure as BT Infinity so not of any relevancy.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
