Hello I have purchased a dress on facebook from the above people it is totally different from what I've ordered. They will not respond to my emails and have blocked me from Facebook. What can I do to resolve this please I did pay with my credit card could I go through them?

I have also spent money with this retailer, buying from their website and not received any goods yet, it's been 4 weeks! They are not responding to any emails. I paid with a Mastercard Debit card - what can I do to get my money back?0

You could both try a chargeback with your bank/card issuer for non-delivery.

I've just checked the website via their Facebook page. It is Glitzystore.com. There is no contact address or phone number and the domain has been registered using a privacy protection service. The IP location is in Bulgaria so they are possibly based there.

The checkout page is unencrypted and the only method of payment is via Paypal.
If you paid via Paypal then contact them otherwise notify your card issuer.0 -
I purchased two jumpers from the online store Glitzy.com having seen them advertised via Facebook. I purchased these on the 1st September via bank debit card. I received a confirmation email on the 15th September. To date I have not received the goods.
I emailed Glitzy.com complaining about the delay in receiving my order. A few days later I received an email from them to say that all their money from customers was now tied up in a company called Worldpay Streamline who would not release the funds to Glitzy. Apparently Glitzy are in dispute with Worldpay. The emailed advised me to contact my bank and claim the money back on the Charge Back Scheme. I have now contacted my bank and explained what this emailed said and they took all details. They agreed a refund and I now have my money back.
Glitzy's email to me said that they are advising all their customers to claim on the Charge Back Scheme.
The email I used was glitzystore@outlook.com and this is the address from which they replied

Anyone help? I ordered a dress on the 20th feb and still not received my order? I have tried emailing them and writing on the facebook page but no reply. Devastated as spent a lot of money0

Hi ,
I am also having issues, l ordered mine on the 21st february and asked for date of delivery, nothing yet.
Their delivery says up to 21 business days (dont account weekends) so it should arrive by next monday.
