Won't let me open a 2nd account... I fill in my name and address details click continue and it goes to the home page.... Tried 3 times....

sure, if they allow it, and TSB presently still do

try when you are not logged in. Clear your browsing history and cookies. Try a different browser. Although depending on the current status of your first application, you might have to wait until this has been fully processed before you can apply for a second account.
