    So, is it a fact or an opinion? You failed to answer the question.
    OS and experience are very personal.
    Support is very arguable, especially if the phone isn't purchased from Apple and/or the customer doesn't live next door to Apple store.

    I agree.
    However, unlike your posts #3 and #6 (opinions), your statement "As you go up the scale, users are better off in the iOS camp" in the later post did sound like a 'fact'.

    Uh, you could say that about any mobile phone except Iphones.

    Doesn't matter where you buy it from you get the same support from Apple.

    Really?
    If you don't buy directly from Apple, the 'support' is limited by their pathetic 1-year warranty, and SoGA is your only recourse against the retailer that are known to do their best to fob you off. Is it what can be called a "better support"?

    Unlike iPhone, most phones have a more reasonable 2-years' warranty
