Ebay - don't know what to do ?

Buyers can only get positive feedback, ebay will remove any negative comment if asked.

Sellers can get negative feedback removed because lots of buyers dont know the words etc they must not use in feedback.
eg most people would think that if they had to use a case to force seller to fix a situation, then that is exactly the sort of information other buyers need to know BUT if dispute/case etc mentioned in feedback, the seller can get it removed.

If you are new to selling, please check up on how ebay/paypal works eg did you know that buyers can raise paypal claims for up to 180days ? or ebay is starting to force all sellers to pay for any returns ? or if you ever get a chargeback on say a £5 item, paypal will charge you £14 on top of the £5, if you do not have "proof of delivery" so keep any pop etc for at least 6 months.

I got rid of stuff for quite a while on ebay and the vast majority of sales went fine, but these 2 recent changes has made me stop selling on ebay, so please take the time to read ebay/paypal user agrements etc so ou know how it all works.
