Rebranded Fuel Broadband should be called Fools Broadband

Primus New Call broadband has just rebranded to Fuel Broadband
BE WARNED you get what you pay for. Fuel Broadband will offer low monthly costs but based on my experience over the last 18 months if you are happy to have regular loss of internet, poor customer service then this is the deal for you
I have had 2 weeks without internet. I have spent countless hours on the phone to faults and customer service, I have been told I am being sent a new router - three times, and it still has not been delivered because they have made mistakes in processing my router dispatch - it is unbelievable.


I wished that I had read reviews on Primus New Call before I signed up and would have seen the writing on the wall. SO BE WARNED FUEL BROADBAND USED TO BE PRIMUS NEW CALL. RESEARCH FOR YOURSELF THEIR REVIEWS I WISH I HAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Have severe broadband problems as well.
Trouble is my contract quotes "In 2013 New Call attract positive attention from the national media which led to appearances on
'The Gadget Show',BBC's 'The One Show' and ITV's Martin Lewis Money Show who rated Primus Saver as his home phone 'Best Buy'.

WORST EVER For me primus new call has been a nightmare. I thought I was going for a £4 a month package, the cheapest there was with £10 a month line rental. I am being charged £20 a month line rental and £4 a month for unlimited broadband and £20 a month to use the phone I dont make very many calls - this is the worst I could ever imagine. I am only on JSA so I really cant afford it - I only got internet for my kids homework. I have sent numerous letters and asked for a phone bill I have had no reply to either - I have never been given a contract and have asked for it to be cancelled; but apparently I will have to wait 7 months as I was put on a 18 month contract or pay £70 to cancel the contract with them - disaster stay clear!!!!!!!

I have had the home phone line rental from Primus for over two years now, never had a problem but saved a few pounds (current cost £8.69 a month). I am not sure that I would risk the Broadband though.

I tried to become a Fuel Broadband customer but they couldn't manage to do a simply installation. I missed fourth appointment due to my child health conditions. I called them plenty of time before the appointment but on a same day. It was to late.
They want my to pay £59 for that. TERMS and Conditions state £30.

After many calls (the people are totally rude!!!) after three days I had an opportunity to spoke to a supervisor. Waste of time. When I showed him where in terms I found it he changed on on-line document the £30 to £59 immediately. Likely I have it as a screen shot and printed with timer.

NEVER NEVER NEVER take any contract with Fuel Broadband named also Primus Eco Saver
