but they cancelled their EE account because they didnt get them and went with sky, fail to see how they can help now0 -
I dont see why cashback deals should be a lottery. I think that they are in fact legal contracts and should be enforced as such.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

ive also said for along time that the cashback sites need bring under some kind of regulation, and a investigation launched to see exactly what goes on terms of "missing cashback" I use the sites, but do I trust them? - not one jot.0

I'm similarly waiting for a £92 voucher from affiliate window for taking up the sky offer. They assert that it can take 3 month for the vouchers to be sent so they've got ubtill the 11 of december. I've emailed them directly to enquire as to the status of the voucher and whether the email can be resent should it have gone to spam and been discarded which is my concern. This could quite easily happen and be hard to find amongst the swathes of voucher offers already in my spam folder.
I used the contact email address from the original email they sentskyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com
I've received an automated response which says they'll aim to respond within 3 days. Will update here when they do or in 3 days if they haven't
Hi uzor
Your query will now have gone in to the Affiliate Window ticketing system. And therefore as mentioned in the email you should have a response within 3 days.
Please do let me know if this does not happen, and I can pass your details on to the Sky voucher team.
Thanks

I am the official company representative of EE. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. Hi - I'm writing from the BBC Radio 4 You and Yours programme and we're currently investigating some of the problems consumers have had getting hold of their Amazon vouchers. If you have had issues please feel free to contact me at rajeev.gupta@bbc.co.uk. Many Thanks0

Firstly who's going to pay for that to be done? Secondly a lot of issues will be user error for example the Topcashback thread recently on here with someone complaining they didn't get the refer a friend cash when none of this person friends actually used the referral link to sign up.0 -

Why not ask Quidco on the basis they state Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA FRN 533105)
TopCashBack dont say it but they too are under oversight from the FCA though in their case they are an Appointed Representative rather than directly regulated.
Regulated entities pay fees to their regulator which is supposed to cover the cost of the regulator. Almost certainly however the FCA will only be interested in things relating to their financial services.
The issue with cashback sites is that people dont understand the relationship between the different parties and always ignore the advice that its not guaranteed/ should be seen as a bonus.
Obviously this is all academic in this situation as the OPs thread was nothing to do with cashback sites0 -
I also trusted MSE's Sky Broadband offer and feel I've been duped.
Had the broadband installed, received the M&S voucher from Sky but still not received anything from Affilate Window except for an email stating the terms. No changes to the terms so I expected I would get the £92 however well outside of the original 90 days and still no voucher or response from Affiliate Window.
No longer trust MSE deals!0 -

I'm in the same position as you - I've received the £100 M&S voucher but not the £92 voucher from Affiliate Window. However, I don't understand why you're blaming MSE - they publish details of the deal in good faith. It's Affiliate Window who have not fulfilled it.
Have you taken this up with Affiliate Window? As the more of us that do, the better.0
