It will take me to the website, but the page would say the survey was unavailable. I dunno if it's because my account has been removed/blocked, so the website would not allow me to complete any more surveys. It is very frustrating here... *sigh*0 -
Hi all
Just a quick update about the problem that I have with Valued Opinions, as I have now received an email reply from Isabel at VO.
On her email, she wrote:
Our database has blocked your account because you have failed one or more of our quality control checks.
This may include giving answers within a survey that contradicted each other, doing the surveys too quickly to have read them correctly, putting the same answer for each question without reading the questions, i.e. clicking question 1 each time, trying to access surveys more than once, or otherwise trying to beat the screening proccess.
I have seen the same response posted by another member to VO's Facebook page, so it seems to me it is a standard response to those who have a problem with their VO account. But is it really the true reason why all these accounts are suspended?
The next thing is, believe it or not, I do not think I have fallen into anything that Isabel mentions above to cause me failing the quality control checks. I read all questions carefully and it always took me more than what VO estimated to complete the surveys. So I found it very hard to believe I have really failed to their quality control checks.
Anyway, I have now replied to Isabel to appeal and to ask how to make my account active again. Seeing I had £30 rewards in my account before, it wouldn't surprise me if she says my account cannot be active again or I have lost all my rewards and must start from scratch again!
Not a happy bunny here...0 -
Here I have taken a screenshot of the VO's Facebook page:0

GOOD NEWS!
My VO account is now active again!
The first thing I did immediately was to claim 2 Sainsburys vouchers.
I think what I will do next is to close my account once I have earned enough for another Sainsburys voucher, I really can't do another big drama here… :embarasse
Thank you all again for your help and advice, very much appreciated!0
