I've just moved to three from Tesco Mobile as they're the only provider who can give me a network signal in the small town I now live in.

I'm up and running now, but it has been a painful experience getting setup - close to regretting the choice. And yes, their customer service - be it over the phone, twitter etc - isn't great at all.

I find them to be ok customer service wise.

Unlike when I was on O2, I never need to call them up to ask why the calls aren't connecting, calls going straight to voicemail or why data isn't working again so I actually have very little contact with them.

Their coverage is reasonably good and always seems to work well.

I also use their WiFi 'In touch' app and 2G voice/text fallback on regular basis with no issues.

Hmm this is of interest to me as I got a upgrade last year and they put it through as a new contract and expected me to pay for 2 contracts and I refused and just said I signed for a new contract.

And I have another issue that a few years ago contract was ended early due to significant changes and never heard for 4 years then they say I owe the money and deny the contract was ended early and say I have to prove it was ended early.
