Response from Panasonic:

"Thank you for your further e-mail. Unfortunately the extended warranty will not cover you for call out for a 32" TV.

If the repair agent you have contacted is not able to provide a chargeable call out to your address then you may wish to try another.

Another alternative would be to take your television back to your original retailer and ask for an authorised service centre to collect it from there as part of their weekly 'milk run'. The closest repair agent who would be able to provide this service would be Visual FX in West Thurrock (tel: 01708 395040).
