ESA-what happens after

Hi, In July I was put into the ESA support group for a year, so what happens when that year is up? Am I taken off ESA, do I apply again? thank you

As nannytone says, there is a very real problem with post either going missing completely or having severe delays in delivery to the processing centres. All post goes to one of two sorting offices in the Midlands before then being forwarded to the processing centres and that system is not without problems. A new company took over from Royal Mail last year and continues to have problems.
