There's the Benefit one but just seen a You Tube unveiling and was disappointed. The items a TINY (no, seriously totsy!). Looks like the samples they give out free occasionally and would defo not pay £60 for that!!:eek:

Body Shop one looks ok - £50 but free postage. Reasonable size products.

Have already bought the Ciate Mini Manor and its really cute so looking forward to opening that!

I got the you beauty one last year instead of a present from OH and it was amazing. Most of the products were from very high end brands, one of the days had 3 products instead of one and there was a voucher for £15 from one brand for anything on their website no minimum spend and postage paid.

Personally wouldn't spend that kind of money on an advent calendar, no matter what you get and how nice it is. A regular chocolate one is traditional.

other than the tool one and stupidly expensive whisky one is anyone aware of other options for men? OH gets me a beauty calendar and I want to return the favour by getting him a more exciting one than the usual chocolate. I could always make me own, but would prefer to just buy one already done if at all possible.

If he is into beer than 24 nice lagers (or ales) with pretty tags bearing the date on them. Should take all of ten mins once you've bought the booze, tags and a sharpie.

If your men are anything like mine, Lego do advent calendars which can be bought from Amazon, among other places.

They do different ones each year so you get new things - little models to build, minifigs, and of course whatever you can make from your imagination. Theres a Lego City one and a Star Wars one.
