You left after 39 weeks of this holiday year, you took 4.4 weeks so you accrue leave on 34.6 weeks at a rate of 14.54% so you accrued a total of 5 weeks, minus the 4.4 weeks already taken leaves you being owed .6 week or 3 days plus the 2 days you bought.

Accotding to my calc, if you really only taken 153 hours (incl bank holidays), they owe you.

Especially as you bought and paid for the 2 days now (assuming you paid for them Oct 13-Sept 14 as you said).

I belive you were to date entitled roughly 184hrs.

ok thank you. Ill have to ring HR tomorrow. Theyve sent me this revised pay slip detailing i owe them but it seems a bit pointless them taking the money and then potentially having to give some back. They havent taken the holiday into consideration as it hasnt been mentioned and the £147 sounds correct. maybe theyre hoping i wont mention the holiday, sneaky company!

I was suspended for 4 weeks before my disciplinary which was on the 25th Sept. I was suspended on full pay and I got paid on the 18th full months wage but was dismissed on 25th so owed the from that date to the end of the month. When I was dismissed there was no notice period to serve
